Physique: Instantly given a perfect body and always in perfect shape

Attraction: Others are irresistibly and enigmatically attracted to him. This most often appears as a physical and romantic attraction in straight women and gay men. But even straight men and lesbians seem to be drawn to him.


Intention: Has the ability to perceive the will of others. This can either come as just inherent knowledge, visions and flashes or hearing ethereal voices. In theory this is also supposed to give him not only intent but the reasons behind it.

Amplification and Reduction: Can amplify or reduce desires. He has to know the desire and actively make it more or less intense.
Weaknesses:
Attraction: Works on EVERYBODY. He can’t stop it ever.

Intention: When he sees a vision or hears voices he has to interpret what they mean. They can be symbolic or metaphorical. Sometimes these will take serious thought before he understands them.

Amplification and Reduction: He can’t get rid of a desire. He can only amplify to a degree, if the desire is strong enough then he can’t get rid of it. Once again he also has to know what desire he is augmenting or reducing. That means if he sees something and doesn’t understand it, he can’t reduce or enhance the desire.

History:
Eric was born and raised in the suburbs of Fremont, California. He was abandoned by his father at 2 months old and raised by his mom. He was always a spoiled child. For some reason his mom had always preferred him over his sister and in the end he got whatever he wanted from her. His mother tried but no matter how much she tried she could never tell her son no.

This spoiled child syndrome ended up in some sever side effects. The first of which being his attitude and the second his size. Eric became quite the spoiled brat and had a hard time making friends. He wasn't lonely or anything but he could never really get close enough to anybody to say that he had any real friends. He was also spoiled in the respect of food as well. As he grew older he steadily started gaining more and more weight. This continued until by the time he was 17 he weighed in at about 350 lbs. It was also around this time that he discovered his feelings for men. He didn't have much of an in the closet experience and came out of the closet rather quickly. He was also severely dissatisfied with the act. He thought that the life out of the closet would be full of rainbows, dirty escapades and gay men a plenty. Unfortunately all it did for him was make him feel more alone than ever.

When Eric's powers manifested there was a large amount of shock involved. One night he went to sleep and weighed almost 400 lbs. Then when he awoke the next morning with his new body. He was a good deal smaller and had an amazing amount of muscle packed on to his body. Eric was immediately obsessed with his new appearance. Suddenly he went from a nobody to a somebody. In his mind it was almost and answer to his prayers. This had helped him realize how many gay men in is town were actually hiding from him. It wasn't long after that Eric got a message from some people asking him to help them take out a griffin in some part of Asia. Eric didn't know how he could help but decided that if he could get the credit for being a hero then he might as well go along with it right?

Personality:
Eric is a dick. He's always been in kind of self absorbed but since his transformation from not to hot his ego has started to run wild. He's not the kind of person to tell himself no and has a slightly addictive personality. This leads him to go into phases of constantly doing one thing and then changing it into something else once he finds his new addiction. Because he's been spoiled his entire life he's always had a hard time being patient. If not attended or payed attention to immediately he tends to get upset. Attention is actually the only addiction he hasn't been able to kick.

Despite all of of his flaws and selfish behavior, deep down Eric is a good guy. He very rarely puts his needs above the needs of his closest friends. He's not a doormat in any way but he will make sure that they're happy before he is. However, in doing so he will make sure they perceive it not as an act of kindness but as way of getting attention.

Eric has a love hate relationship with his powers. The physical part has completely changed his life and honestly given him an ego. It has also allowed him to be more active and lead a better life. However he harbors some contempt for the emotional and mental parts of his powers. Not being the best at puzzles and such he can will often get frustrated while trying to figure out their hidden meanings.
